Mifflin Lowe comes to Columbia with a plethora of songs and poems about the strange and true names for groups of animals. Beast by the Bunches employs a bevy of musical styles that fit the animals' attitude. This clever collection tickles the funny bone and informs and educates as it goes. Also on the program is "Behold the Bold Umbrellaphant", a musical collection based on the poems by Prelutsky, that features characters like the clocktopus, the eggbeaturkey, hatchickens, and bizarre alarmadillos, who are a "clamorous quartet."
